Same-day dispatch on in-stock parts
In-stock orders placed before 2 pm Pacific, Monday to Friday, usually leave our Upland, CA warehouse the same business day. Orders after the cutoff or on a weekend leave the next business day. The product page shows "In stock" when a part is on our shelf.
Overnight and expedited options
At checkout you can choose 2-Day Air or Overnight on parts under 20 lb. Pick expedited before the cutoff and an in-stock part ships that day. Large items (windows, doors, diamond plate panels, rooftop air conditioners) ship by freight and cannot go overnight; we tell you the freight lead time by email before the order is confirmed.
Where we ship and how long it takes
- West Coast: ground delivery in 1 to 2 business days from dispatch.
- Mountain and Central: 2 to 4 business days.
- East Coast: 4 to 5 business days.

Free shipping on most orders
Most orders ship free by ground in the U.S. Some Black Series items and freight items are excluded; the cart shows the cost before you pay.

You get a tracking number by email and SMS the moment the label prints. Track from your account page or the link in the email.
