Lowest Price Guarantee

We check other U.S. retailers' prices every week and price below the lowest one we find. If you still find it cheaper, we'll beat it. This covers everything we sell under a manufacturer part number — Victron Energy, Renogy, BLUETTI, ARK, Cruisemaster, Wavian, Cybertake, Dometic and the rest — checked automatically against the brands' own stores and the U.S. dealers that carry them.

How to claim

  • Before you order: email support@rvpartsgiant.com with a link to the lower price. We reply with a checkout link at a price below it, usually the same business day.
  • Within 7 days after you order: send us the link and your order number. We refund the difference and then some to your original payment method.

Your first-order code still applies on top of the beaten price.

What qualifies

  • An authorized U.S. retailer or the brand's own U.S. store, selling from a U.S. website, shipping to a U.S. address.
  • The identical manufacturer part number (North American model), new, in stock and available to ship now.
  • The total price you would actually pay — item price plus that retailer's shipping and any fees — compared with ours, which ships free.

What doesn't

  • Marketplace and auction listings (Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, AliExpress and similar third-party sellers), classifieds, or private sales.
  • Used, refurbished, open-box, display, clearance, closeout or liquidation stock.
  • 230V / EU / AU / UK models, grey imports, or products without a U.S. warranty.
  • Prices that need a membership, a stacked coupon, a rebate, financing or a bundle purchase to reach; pricing errors and typos; prices that expired before we could see them.
  • Black Series genuine parts (we are the source), our own RV Parts Giant-brand items, and generic parts sold without a manufacturer part number — there is nothing identical to compare them to.
  • Our own kits and bundles are priced as the sum of their parts, each of which is covered — the kit itself isn't compared as a unit.

One claim per item per order. We verify the competitor's price and stock when you send it. If a retailer lists a price we can't sell at without a loss, we'll tell you plainly — but that hasn't come up yet, because we look every week before you do.
