The cam bar lock holds the pop-top lid of a Black Series TH19 or TH22 hybrid camper trailer in the down position for towing. It stops wind from lifting the lid at highway speed and keeps the roof seal compressed so dust and rain stay out on the road. Owners replace it when the cam has worn and no longer pulls the lid down tight, the handle has cracked, or the lock has seized from grit and corrosion.

Installation and care
Fit the new lock with the lid fully closed so you can set the cam engagement correctly: the lid should pull down firmly against the seal without forcing the handle. Seal exterior screw penetrations with a marine-grade sealant. Rinse grit out of the mechanism after dusty trips and lubricate the cam lightly a few times a season. Check every lock is engaged before you tow.
This is a genuine Black Series OEM part, so it fits the way the factory part did. It ships from our warehouse in Upland, CA.
