This complete entry door lock assembly is the correct replacement for Black Series HQ Series camper trailers built in 2019 through 2021. It includes the lock cylinder, latch, and interior handle, and restores factory lock function when the original has worn, jammed, or lost its key. Corrugated roads work the lock loose and the mechanism eventually stops latching cleanly.
Fits
Black Series HQ Series trailers manufactured 2019 to 2021 with keyed entry. Other build years use a different lock; check your build date and compare the lock body to the photos. Order SKU RVP-00228.
What you get
One genuine Black Series OEM lock assembly kit: inner handle, outer lock body, and strike plates, as pictured. It is compatible with the existing key set from 2019 to 2021 HQ Series trailers.
Installation and care
If the door is hard to latch, check for a sagging hinge or misaligned strike before condemning the lock. Fit the new assembly with the door open, align the strike so the door closes without lifting, and seal exterior screw holes with a marine-grade sealant. Dry graphite in the cylinder once a season keeps dust from binding it.
This is a genuine Black Series OEM part, so it fits the way the factory part did. It ships from our warehouse in Upland, CA.
