The keyed lock on the main entry door wears faster than almost anything else on a Black Series camper: corrugated roads shake the mechanism, dust gets into the cylinder, and one day the key turns without the latch following. This replacement external door lock is a direct fit to the standard Black Series door cut-out, and it brings back smooth, secure locking without modifying the door.
Fits

Installation and care
Before swapping the lock, confirm the fault is in the lock and not in a sagging door or worn striker; a door that has dropped on its hinges will bind any latch you fit. Remove the interior escutcheon, withdraw the old lock, and fit the new one with the same fasteners, checking that the latch clears the striker before final tightening. A dry graphite lubricant in the cylinder a couple of times a season keeps dust out of the pins.
