A resettable push-button circuit breaker for the 12V circuits in a Black Series HQ camper. When a circuit overloads, the button pops out and cuts the power; once you have found and fixed the fault, you push it back in instead of hunting for a fuse. Breakers wear from repeated tripping and vibration, and one that trips with no load or will not reset needs replacing. Owners also keep a spare in the electrical spares kit.

Installation and care
Disconnect the battery before touching the panel wiring. Fit a replacement with the same amp rating as the original; a higher rating removes the protection for that circuit's wiring. Clean the terminals and tighten them firmly, since a loose terminal heats up and causes nuisance trips. If the new breaker trips again, stop resetting it and find the fault: a chafed wire, a seized motor, or a corroded connector are the usual causes.
