It is the same size and shape as the Safe-T-Alert 20 Series propane detector, with the same mounting, so it drops straight into the spot of an old 20 Series LP alarm and adds CO protection. An alarm mute button silences it while you ventilate, and the rapid-recovery sensor resets or re-alarms if dangerous gas is still present.

It runs on 12 V, so there are no batteries to replace. It is built for the RV environment and suits Class A, B and C motorhomes, travel trailers, fifth wheels, truck and folding campers.

Specifications

Detects: carbon monoxide and propane / LP gas

Standard: conforms to UL 2034 RV and UL 1484 RV; meets RVIA/NFPA requirements

Replaces: Safe-T-Alert 20 Series propane alarms (same size and mounting)

Power: 12 V DC hard wire (no batteries to replace)

Current draw: 108 mA @ 12 V DC

Operating range: 12 V DC +/-15%, low-voltage warning

Operating temperature: -40°F to +158°F

Case size: 3.5 x 2.5 x 1.25 in, plus 0.25 in mounting bracket

Mounting: surface mount

Color: Black

Warranty: 1-year limited, from date of purchase

Made in: USA

MTI part number: 25-741-BL

Genuine Safe-T-Alert by MTI Industries, made in the USA with MTI's 1-year limited warranty.
