These wires carry current from the roof-mounted solar panels on a Black Series HQ Series camper trailer down to the charge controller and battery system. They are sized for the camper's factory solar setup. Owners replace the wiring when the insulation has cracked from UV exposure, a connector has corroded, or the wire has chafed through where it passes the roof or a cabinet edge. Damaged solar wiring shows up as panels that are producing well below what they should on a clear day.

Installation and care
Cover the panels or disconnect them at the panel end before working, since they produce voltage whenever there is light. Route the wire away from sharp edges with grommets at every penetration and seal the roof entry with a marine-grade sealant. Pack connectors with dielectric grease; corrugated roads shake connections loose and corrosion at the pins is the usual failure, not the wire itself.
This is a genuine Black Series OEM part, so it fits the way the factory part did. It ships from our warehouse in Upland, CA.
