This genuine Black Series OEM replacement water filter for HQ Series camper trailers is the BR10B4, an Italian triple-pipe filter bottle with a 1/2″ copper fitting. It reduces chlorine taste and odor and other common impurities for fresher drinking water at camp. Owners replace the cartridge when flow drops or the water starts to taste of the tank again, and replace the whole bottle if the housing cracks or the fitting starts to weep.

Installation and care
Turn the pump off and relieve pressure at a tap before opening the bottle. When swapping the cartridge, check the O-ring is seated and clean, and hand-tighten the bowl — over-tightening cracks the housing. Flush a few liters through the new filter before drinking from it, and replace the cartridge each season or sooner if you have been filling from dubious sources. Drain the bottle before winter storage so it does not freeze and split.
