Accessibility statement

RV Parts Giant wants every customer to be able to find a part, check fitment and check out, including people who use a screen reader, keyboard only, magnification or voice control.

What we aim for

We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, on rvpartsgiant.com. Checkout is provided by Shopify, which maintains its own accessibility program for the checkout pages.

What we have done

• Every product image carries descriptive alt text that names the part and, where it matters, the camper model it fits.
• The site can be navigated by keyboard. Focus is visible on links, buttons and form fields.
• Text and background colors meet the AA contrast ratio.
• Headings are used in order so screen readers can jump through a page.
• Form fields at checkout and in the contact form are labelled.
• Videos in guides carry captions or a text summary.

Known limits

Some third-party widgets (reviews, chat, rewards) are supplied by other companies and may not meet every guideline. We report problems to those vendors when we find them. Older blog guides are being updated as we refresh them.

Tell us if something is in the way

If any part of this site is hard to use, email Support@rvpartsgiant.com with the page address and what happened. A person reads every message and we answer within one business day. If you cannot complete an order because of an accessibility problem, we will take the order by email instead.
