Most parts that come back to us come back because they didn't fit or weren't the right part for the job. A 15-minute conversation fixes most of that. It's free, and there's no obligation to buy.
Two kinds of call
Fitment check (Black Series and general RV). Bring your model (HQ12, HQ15, HQ17, HQ19/T, HQ21/B, HQ22T, TH, Dominator or another camper), the year from the VIN plate, and a photo of the part you're replacing. We tell you the exact product, or tell you we don't stock it.
Victron system sizing. Bring your loads (fridge model, induction or propane cooking, heater, laptops/Starlink), how many days you want to sit without driving, panel space on the roof, and your tow vehicle's alternator. We come back with a parts list — MPPT, inverter/charger, DC-DC, battery, monitor, fusing — and what you can leave off. Read the Victron 12V system guide first if you want to arrive with numbers.

What happens after
You get a short email with the parts list and links. If you order, the "Fits" check is already done: if a part we confirmed doesn't fit, return shipping is on us and you get a full refund.
