How We Do Business
Repair first
A camper that gets a $25 pair of window struts instead of a new window, or a $20 pair of bushings instead of a new suspension, stays on the road and out of the scrapyard. Most of our catalog exists so owners can fix what they have: genuine Black Series OEM parts, struts, bearings, locks, latches and hinges. Our guides tell you how to do the job yourself before they tell you to buy anything.
Where parts come from
- Genuine Black Series OEM parts are stocked in our Upland, California warehouse.
- Victron Energy products are stocked here, and warranty claims on Victron gear bought from us are handled through us.
- Named brands — Cruisemaster, ARK, Dometic, Wavian, Timken, Radflo — are the manufacturer's product, sold under their own name.
- RV Parts Giant-branded accessories are sourced from third-party manufacturers and sold under our name; where a listing doesn't name the maker, that is why.
We don't sell counterfeit or relabelled OEM parts. If a listing says "OEM", it is.
Fewer wrong shipments
A wrong-fit return is two shipments for nothing. The "Fits" line on every Black Series page, the free fitment check, and the parts finder exist to cut that. The 30-day return with a prepaid label means a wrong part comes back to stock rather than into a landfill.
Packaging and shipping
Orders ship from a single warehouse in Upland, CA, in the manufacturer's packaging where it's adequate, and in plain outer cartons where it isn't. We consolidate multi-item orders into one shipment when we can.
Power that replaces generators
A properly sized Victron solar and lithium system replaces hours of generator run time. We size systems honestly — what you can leave off is part of every sizing call — and we commission them so they perform as designed.
People
We're a small team in Upland, CA. The person on the phone is the person who ships the box. We don't run overseas support.
Where we're not there yet
We don't hold environmental certifications and don't claim to. If that changes, this page will say so.
