The ARK Freedom 7 W solar panel (APSP7D) is a lightweight, compact folding panel with a USB output, made for keeping small devices charged at camp, on the trail or on the water. It is compatible with charging the ARK APPBUS, and it suits anyone who wants a pocketable solar top-up rather than a full-size panel.
Unfold the panel in the sun and its automatic start function begins delivering power over USB without any switches to set. The 6.5 V, 7 W panel provides a 1 A USB output, and when you are done it folds from 480 x 230 mm (about 18.9 x 9.1 in) down to 160 x 230 mm (about 6.3 x 9.1 in) to slip into a bag or glovebox.
