The Victron BatteryProtect prevents deep-discharge damage by automatically disconnecting non-essential loads when your battery voltage drops too low — protecting expensive RV, marine, and off-grid batteries (especially lithium) and ensuring you always keep enough power to start your engine or run critical systems.

How it works
The BatteryProtect continuously monitors battery voltage and disconnects the load when voltage falls below your set point, then reconnects once the battery has recovered. This is especially important for lithium (LiFePO4) batteries, which can be permanently damaged by over-discharge. The voltage thresholds are adjustable, and the unit also guards against reverse polarity and over-voltage — a simple, reliable safeguard for any 12V, 24V, or 48V system.
