Use and care
Measure your counter or sink area against the listed dimensions before ordering, since galley layouts vary between models. Wash with hot soapy water after use and dry it before stowing so water spots do not build up. Store it flat or on edge where it will not rattle against other gear on rough roads. A steel board is harder on knife edges than wood, so keep a sharpener handy.
