The Renogy Adaptor Kit is the pair of wires that gets power from a solar panel down to a charge controller: solar connectors on the panel end, exposed conductor on the controller end. It is a standard part of a roof or ground mount install on an RV, trailer, van or cabin, and Renogy lists it as suited to off-grid kits from 100W to 400W.

Longer runs lose more voltage, which is why the 30 ft option steps up to a heavier 10AWG conductor. Measure the real path from panel to controller, including the drop through the roof and along the wall, before choosing a length.
