Jackery HomePower 3000 or HomePower 3600 Plus for an RV?
Short answer: Choose the HomePower 3600 Plus if you want to grow the system: its listing names a TT-30 RV outlet, expansion to 21kWh with Battery Pack 3600 units and 240V from two linked stations. Choose the HomePower 3000 for a lighter fixed-capacity box: 3,072Wh at about 59.5 lb with the same 3,600W output.
Both put out 3,600W continuous and 7,200W surge, so either will start the loads in a typical trailer. What separates them is how far each can go after you buy it.

Pick the HomePower 3600 Plus when
- You want the shore cord to plug straight in. It is the HomePower model whose listing confirms the TT-30 outlet, the same 30A receptacle a campground pedestal has.
- You expect to add battery. The Battery Pack 3600 lists the 3600 Plus (and the 3600 Pro Max) as its compatible stations; nothing on our shelf expands the HomePower 3000.
- You might want 240V. Two 3600 Plus units link for 240V output. The 3000 has no pairing option listed.
- It will cycle hard. Full-time or every-weekend use gets more from the 6,000-cycle rating.
Pick the HomePower 3000 when
- The trailer is stored for months. ZeroDrain keeps about 95% of a charge after a year, so it is ready when the season starts without a top-up.
- Weight and price matter more than growth. 3,072Wh covers a fridge, lights, router and fans for one to two days, and that is the whole job for many weekend campers.
Either way, plan the recharge
At these sizes the panel matters as much as the station. Our SolarSaga 500 X listing names the HomePower 3000 and 3600 Plus among the stations it refills fastest; both are also sold as Solar Generator sets with the panels included.
