The Bilstein 22-285959 is a B6 shock for the front of the Freightliner Sprinter 2500 2015-2018. Bilstein B6 is the heavy-duty monotube line, valved firmer than the factory shock for heavier loads.
Camper-van builds run well over the factory weight once the cabinets, water, batteries and gear are in, so worn or stock shocks show up as wallow, bottoming over dips and a loose feel in crosswinds. Replace shocks in axle pairs and check the chassis, drive and model-year notes below against your van before ordering.
