Lowest Price Guarantee
We check other U.S. retailers' prices every week and price below the lowest one we find. If you still find it cheaper, we'll beat it. This covers everything we sell under a manufacturer part number — Victron Energy, Renogy, BLUETTI, ARK, Cruisemaster, Wavian, Cybertake, Dometic and the rest — checked automatically against the brands' own stores and the U.S. dealers that carry them.
How to claim
- Before you order: email support@rvpartsgiant.com with a link to the lower price. We reply with a checkout link at a price below it, usually the same business day.
- Within 7 days after you order: send us the link and your order number. We refund the difference and then some to your original payment method. Giant Membership members get 30 days instead of 7 — see Giant Membership.
Your first-order code still applies on top of the beaten price.
30-day price protection
If our own price on something you bought drops within 30 days of your order, we cover the difference as a store credit you can spend on anything in the store.
- Giant Membership members: we check every order for you and email the credit automatically. You never have to ask. See Giant Membership.
- Everyone else: email support@rvpartsgiant.com with your order number within 30 days of the order and we'll check it and send the credit.
Black Friday price guarantee (October 26 – November 30, 2026)
Our Black Friday sale runs from October 26 through Cyber Monday, November 30, 2026. Buy any time during the sale and you don't have to wait for the best price: if our own price on something you bought drops after your order and before the end of Cyber Monday, we email you the difference as a store credit you can spend on anything in the store.
- Everyone gets it automatically — members and non-members alike. You never have to ask.
- We check every sale order once the sale ends and send credits in early December. Credits of $5 or more are sent, and each one is good for 60 days.
- If you used a discount on your order, the credit keeps the same discount: for example, if you paid 10% off and our price later fell by $100, your credit is $90.
- Giant Membership members also keep their 30-day look-back on authorized U.S. retailers' prices for sale orders.
- Orders placed during the sale use this guarantee instead of the 30-day price protection above.
What qualifies
- An authorized U.S. retailer or the brand's own U.S. store, selling from a U.S. website, shipping to a U.S. address.
- The identical manufacturer part number (North American model), new, in stock and available to ship now.
- The total price you would actually pay — item price plus that retailer's shipping and any fees — compared with our total including any applicable shipping and fees (see the Shipping Policy).
What doesn't
- Marketplace and auction listings (Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, AliExpress and similar third-party sellers), classifieds, or private sales.
- Used, refurbished, open-box, display, clearance, closeout or liquidation stock.
- 230V / EU / AU / UK models, grey imports, or products without a U.S. warranty.
- Prices that need a membership, a stacked coupon, a rebate, financing or a bundle purchase to reach; pricing errors and typos; prices that expired before we could see them.
- Black Series genuine parts, our own RV Parts Giant-brand items, and generic parts sold without a manufacturer part number — there is nothing identical to compare them to.
- Our own kits and bundles are priced at or below the sum of their parts, each of which is covered — the kit itself isn't compared as a unit.
One claim per item per order. We verify the competitor's price and stock when you send it. If a retailer lists a price we can't sell at without a loss, we'll tell you plainly — but that hasn't come up yet, because we look every week before you do.
Why we can promise this
We're a U.S. parts retailer based in Upland, California — not a marketplace of third-party sellers. We are an authorized dealer for Victron Energy, Jackery and Renogy, and every other brand-name product we sell is bought through the brand or its U.S. distributor. Every brand-name product we sell is new, genuine North American stock with the manufacturer's U.S. warranty. We keep a fixed margin instead of chasing markups, and we run the same price checks a careful buyer would — against the brand stores and a dozen U.S. dealers, every week — so you don't have to open ten tabs.
