Trade Program for RV Techs, Service Centers & Fleets
Parts pricing for people who fix campers for a living
If you service travel trailers and motorhomes, install Victron systems, run a rental fleet of off-road caravans, or keep a campground's units on the road, you should not be paying retail. The Trade Program gives you tiered pricing, terms, a person who knows your account, and shipping straight to wherever the camper is.
Apply by email with the checklist at the bottom of this page, or read on for what each kind of account gets.
Open the dealer e-catalog — every part we stock, with your Trade, Pro or Fleet price shown beside list, plus a quote builder that sends your order straight to the trade desk.
Who qualifies
- Mobile RV technicians and independent repair shops
- RV service centers and dealerships
- Rental fleets and outfitters running three or more campers, including Outdoorsy and RVshare hosts
- Campgrounds and RV parks with a service function or resident units
- Off-grid solar and electrical installers who fit Victron systems
- Restoration and custom build shops
You will need a business license or resale certificate, and a business email address. Technician certification is welcome but not required.
Pricing tiers
| Tier | Who | Discount off list | Terms |
|---|---|---|---|
| Trade | Independent techs and small shops | 10% | Card on file |
| Pro | Service centers and installers | 15% | Net-30 on approval |
| Fleet | Rental fleets and dealers | 20% | Net-30 on approval, quarterly review |
Discounts apply to Black Series OEM parts, Cruisemaster, Dometic, Lippert, Furrion and most other brands. Some brands carry their own rates: Victron Energy Trade 5%, Pro 8%, Fleet 10%; RV Parts Giant accessories, ARK, DeeMaxx, LiTime, Solera and Wavian 5% at every tier. A few thin-margin lines in those ranges are quoted on request. Renogy, BLUETTI, Jackery, Zero Breeze, Bilstein, ICECO, Ignik, MaxxAir, Dicor and Nature’s Head are quoted on request. Services and gift cards are excluded. Tiers are reviewed every quarter and your account can move up at any time — ask the trade desk.
Mobile RV technicians
Independent and mobile techs are the accounts we built this for. The parts you reorder weekly are the parts we keep on the shelf in Upland: Timken bearing kits for 10-inch and 12-inch drums, electric brake assemblies and greased hubs, 12 volt fuses and breakers, water pumps and tank senders, seals, LED bulbs, and the Victron range from SmartShunts to MultiPlus inverter-chargers. Physical products ship from Upland in 3–7 days. If the job is in Southern California you can collect from the counter in Upland instead of waiting on a carrier — pickup orders are usually ready in 2–4 days.
Send a photo of the part in place and the camper's model and we identify it before you order, to help reduce ordering mistakes. If you are RVTAA or NRVIA certified, RVTI trained, or a recent NRVTA graduate setting up your first supplier accounts, say so on the application; it does not change the tier, but it tells your contact what you work on.
Rental fleets and hosts
Fleets of three or more campers qualify for Fleet pricing, and for the things that matter more than the discount: turnover parts held for you, drop-ship to the storage lot or the renter's pickup point, and one contact who knows which units are which. Latches, struts, seals, steps, awning parts and 12 volt hardware are what a rental fleet burns through, and they are the parts we stock in depth, in fitments for the major trailer and motorhome makes.
Campgrounds, parks and service departments
Parks with resident or seasonal units, and service departments at dealerships that did not sell the camper, can hold a trade account and order on purchase order. Our purchase order, net terms and tax-exempt page covers how a PO is placed, how net-30 works once approved, and how to send a resale or exemption certificate so tax comes off the account.
What you get
A dedicated contact. One person at the Upland counter handles your account. Same name every time. They know which HQ models you work on and what you keep on the shelf.
Net-30 on approval. Pro and Fleet accounts can apply for net-30 terms after two paid orders. Invoices are emailed on fulfillment.
Drop-ship to job sites. Ship to the customer's driveway, a storage lot, or a campground office. Put the job name in the order notes and we label the box with it. Physical products ship from Upland in 3–7 days.
Shop-quantity packs. Suspension bushings, window struts, hitch pins, blade fuses, hose clamps, and quick-connect couplers can be quoted in shop quantities. Ask your contact for current pricing.
Fitment lookups. Send a model, VIN, and photo. We match the part before you order it, so you are not eating return shipping on a wrong window.
Priority on back-orders. When a part is on allocation, trade accounts are filled first.
Warranty handled for you. Defective part on a customer job? We help process the manufacturer claim and ship the replacement so you can finish the job.
