Not every repair is one you want to do in a driveway, and towing the camper to a workshop is a day gone. The mobile service call-out fee is the flat charge for a Black Series mobile technician to travel to your location within the standard service radius. It is added to any service booked at your home or campsite and covers the technician getting to you; the work itself is quoted or booked separately.

What you get
One call-out, covering the technician's travel to your location for a single visit. Order SKU RVP-00981 together with the service you are booking.
Before you book
Have your model, build year, and a short description of the fault ready, with photos if it is visible, so the technician arrives with the right parts. Make sure the camper is accessible, with room to work on the side that needs attention, and that the battery has some charge if the fault is electrical. If you are on the Adventure Care Plan, say so when booking so the fee is waived.
