5. COOKIES, ANALYTICS, AND ADVERTISING

We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, software development kits, and similar technologies to operate the website, remember your preferences, keep items in your cart, understand website usage, prevent fraud, measure performance, and deliver or measure advertising.

Some cookies are necessary for the website to function. Other cookies, including analytics and advertising cookies, may be optional depending on applicable law and your location.

You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where available, through the cookie or privacy-preference controls displayed on our website. Disabling certain cookies may affect website functionality.

We may use analytics and advertising services that collect information about your activity over time and across websites or applications. Depending on the law where you live, this activity may be considered “targeted advertising,” “cross-context behavioral advertising,” “selling,” or “sharing” of personal information.

Where required by law, you may opt out through the “Your Privacy Choices” or similar privacy link in our website footer. Where legally required, we will also treat recognized browser-based opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, as a request to opt out for the browser or device sending the signal.

6. HOW WE DISCLOSE PERSONAL INFORMATION

We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients for legitimate business purposes:

We may also disclose information with your consent or at your direction.

We do not sell personal information for money. However, our use of certain analytics and advertising technologies may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under some U.S. state privacy laws. Where applicable, you may opt out as described in Sections 5 and 11.

7. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

The Services are hosted and supported by Shopify. Shopify processes personal information to provide the Shopify platform, checkout, Shop, Shop Pay, fraud prevention, security, and other Shopify services.

We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy, security, accuracy, or practices of third-party services. Review the privacy policy of each third party before providing personal information.

A link to a third-party service does not, by itself, mean that RV Parts Giant or Blackseries RV Inc. endorses, controls, or is affiliated with that third party.
