Earn
Everyone earns 1 point per $1 on every purchase. Giant Membership members earn double, 2 points per $1, on every order — and 4 points per $1 on orders placed in March. Purchase points are added 30 days after your order is paid. Review and social rewards are also available.
Redeem
Open the Rewards panel, turn your points into a coupon code, and enter it at checkout.

Reviews only count once you have bought the item. After your review is published we also email you a one-time thank-you coupon for your next order, on top of the points.

Rewards FAQ
When will my purchase points be available?
Purchase points are added 30 days after your order is paid, allowing time for returns and cancellations. Purchase points may show as pending until then. Refunds and cancellations reduce eligible points. Your credited balance and activity are available in the Rewards panel.
How do I join?
Click the green Rewards button in the corner of any page and choose Join now, or create an account. Membership is free and your 200 sign-up points are added right away.
Where do I see my points balance?
Click the Rewards button and sign in. Your balance, your earning history and your referral link are all in the panel.
How do I use my points?
In the Rewards panel, pick a reward under Ways to redeem. You get a coupon code to enter in the discount box at checkout. 100 points are worth $1, and you can redeem any amount — even your 200 welcome points work straight away as $2 off. One code per order, so a reward can't be combined with another promo code.
Do I earn points on the order I use a coupon on?
Yes. Everyone earns 1 point per $1, and Giant Membership members earn 2 points per $1 on every order and 4 points per $1 on orders placed in March, on the merchandise subtotal after discounts, excluding shipping and tax.
I ordered before I joined. Do I get points for that order?
Use the same email as your Rewards account so purchases can be matched. For member points, your Giant Membership must be active when you place the order. If an order is missing from your history, contact us with the order number and we will look into it.
Do I need an account to shop?
No. Guest checkout still works and standard purchase points can be earned. Sign in to your Rewards account to view and redeem points. Giant Membership members should use their membership account so member points apply.
Giant Rewards is run through Smile.io. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Reward coupons apply to merchandise only, not to shipping or tax. Program terms may change; the current rules always show in the Rewards panel.
