How do I join?
Click the green Rewards button in the corner of any page and choose Join now, or create an account. Membership is free and your 200 sign-up points are added right away.
Where do I see my points balance?
Click the Rewards button and sign in. Your balance, your earning history and your referral link are all in the panel.
How do I use my points?
In the Rewards panel, pick a reward under Ways to redeem. You get a coupon code to enter in the discount box at checkout. 100 points are worth $1.
Do I earn points on the order I use a coupon on?
Yes. Points are earned on what you pay after the discount, at 1 point per $1.
I ordered before I joined. Do I get points for that order?
Points are earned on orders placed while you are signed in to your account. If an order is missing from your history, contact us with the order number and we will look into it.
Do I need an account to shop?
No. Guest checkout still works. Only members earn and redeem points, so sign in before you check out if you want the points.
RV Parts Giant Rewards is run through Smile.io. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Reward coupons apply to merchandise only, not to shipping or tax. Program terms may change; the current rules always show in the Rewards panel.
