30-Day Free Returns

We want you to be confident in every part you buy. If something isn't right, you may return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange — return shipping is free with a prepaid label we provide, and sale items are included. Gift cards, hazardous materials, and custom/special-order items cannot be returned.

To be eligible, items must be:

Unused and uninstalled
In their original packaging
Accompanied by your order number

How to Start a Return

Contact us, email support@rvpartsgiant.com, or call (833) 822-6737 with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions. Full details in our Refund Policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong part, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you — please keep the packaging and take photos to speed things up. For freight deliveries, note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing.

Manufacturer Warranties

Many of the brands we carry — including Victron Energy, Dometic, and Cruisemaster — back their products with manufacturer warranties. We're happy to help you with a warranty claim for any product purchased from us.
