Return unused parts within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange with a prepaid label, plus how manufacturer warranty support works on RV parts.
Returns for eligible items
We want you to be confident in every part you buy. If something isn't right, you may return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund — eligible returns from the contiguous United States receive a prepaid return label at no cost. Active Giant Membership members at the time of purchase have 90 days to request a return. Regular sale items are eligible; items clearly marked Final Sale and other exclusions are described in our Refund Policy. Contact us about return arrangements for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or international destinations.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and uninstalled
- In their original packaging
- Accompanied by your order number
How to Start a Return
Contact us, email support@rvpartsgiant.com, or call 1-844-GIANT-44 (844-426-8344) with your order number and the item you'd like to return. After authorization, we'll provide return instructions and a prepaid label for eligible returns from the contiguous United States. Do not send items back before receiving authorization. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong part, contact us as soon as possible. We request reports of visible shipping damage within 72 hours to help the carrier investigation; this does not limit non-waivable rights. Confirmed damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect items have no return-shipping charge — please keep the packaging and take photos to speed things up. For freight deliveries, note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
Manufacturer Warranties
Many of the brands we carry — including Victron Energy, Bilstein, Jackery, BLUETTI and Dometic — back their products with manufacturer warranties. RV Parts Giant-brand items and genuine Black Series parts carry our own 1-year warranty against defects. If you are an active Giant Membership member when you purchase these items, your warranty coverage is extended to 2 years from the purchase date. The same defect-coverage terms apply. Warranties for other brands remain subject to the manufacturer’s terms. We're happy to help you with a warranty claim for any product purchased from us.
