30-Day Returns

We want you to be confident in every part you buy. If something isn't right, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible, items must be:

Unused and uninstalled
In their original packaging
Accompanied by your order number

How to Start a Return

Contact us or call (626) 587-8777 with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll send you return instructions.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong part, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you — please keep the packaging and take photos to speed things up.

Manufacturer Warranties

Many of the brands we carry — including Victron Energy, Dometic, and Cruisemaster — back their products with manufacturer warranties. We're happy to help you with a warranty claim for any product purchased from us.
