These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.rvpartsgiant.com, the RV Parts Giant online store, and the related content, features, products, customer-support channels, and services (collectively, the “Services”).
RV Parts Giant is a store brand owned and actually operated by Blackseries RV Inc. (“Blackseries RV,” “RV Parts Giant,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). RV Parts Giant is not a separate legal entity. Blackseries RV Inc. is the legal website operator, contracting seller, and business responsible for orders, payments, shipping arrangements, returns, refunds, customer support, and any warranty obligations expressly provided by us. All purchases made through the Services are transactions between you and Blackseries RV Inc.
Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, placing an order, or purchasing a product or service, you agree to these Terms and to the policies incorporated into them, including our:

1. LEGAL SELLER, ACTUAL OPERATOR, AND CONTACT INFORMATION

RV Parts Giant is a store brand of Blackseries RV Inc. and is not a separate corporation, limited liability company, or other legal entity. Blackseries RV Inc. actually operates www.rvpartsgiant.com and is the party entering into these Terms with you.
Blackseries RV Inc. is responsible for operating the store, accepting eligible orders, arranging payment processing and fulfillment, providing customer support, administering returns and refunds, and performing any obligations expressly assumed under an applicable written warranty or service agreement.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to place an order through the Services. If you permit a minor to use a device or account under your control, you are responsible for that use to the extent permitted by law.
You may be asked to create an account or provide contact, billing, payment, and shipping information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it when necessary.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account. Notify us promptly at support@rvpartsgiant.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
You may not sell, transfer, assign, or provide another person with access to your account.
3. PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, specifications, compatibility information, photographs, availability, and pricing accurately. However, colors and appearance may vary based on your device or display settings.
Product compatibility can depend on model, production year, configuration, installed equipment, measurements, and prior modifications. You are responsible for reviewing the product description and confirming compatibility before purchase. Contact us before ordering when compatibility is uncertain.
References to another manufacturer, vehicle, trailer, camper, or product brand may be used to identify compatibility or the source of a genuine branded product. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
A product will be described as genuine, original, official, OEM, certified, or manufacturer-approved only when that description accurately applies to the specific product or service.
Product descriptions, specifications, packaging, and availability may be updated. We may discontinue a product or limit purchase quantities, subject to applicable law.
4. ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the products or services identified in the order. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.
An order is accepted when we send a shipment confirmation, confirm a service appointment, or otherwise expressly confirm acceptance.
We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance for legitimate reasons, including:
• The product is unavailable or cannot be supplied;
• Payment cannot be authorized or appears fraudulent;
• Shipping restrictions prevent delivery;
• The order contains an obvious pricing, description, or inventory error;
• Purchase limits have been exceeded; or
• The order violates these Terms or applicable law.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the canceled amount to the original payment method. We will use the contact information submitted with the order to notify you.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Cancellation requests are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. We cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled after fulfillment or shipping has begun.
5. PRICES, PROMOTIONS, TAXES, AND PAYMENT
All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website. The price charged will be the price displayed at checkout when you submit the order, subject to correction of an obvious error as described below.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, handling charges, freight charges, duties, and other required fees will be disclosed before you submit the order when they apply.
Discounts, promotional codes, sale prices, and other offers:
• Apply only during the stated promotional period;
• Are subject to the conditions disclosed with the promotion;
• May be limited to eligible products, customers, quantities, or locations;
• May not be combined unless expressly stated; and
• Have no cash value unless required by law.
A comparison or “compare-at” price is intended to reflect a genuine reference price supported by our pricing records or other reasonable evidence. We do not intentionally use inflated reference prices to create a misleading discount.
You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method submitted for your order. Payment-card information is processed by Shopify and authorized payment processors in accordance with their own terms and privacy notices.
If we discover an obvious pricing or calculation error before shipment or service performance, we may contact you to confirm the corrected price or cancel the affected item and issue a refund. We will not charge a higher corrected price without your agreement.
6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping destinations, available delivery methods, shipping charges, order-processing estimates, and delivery estimates are governed by our Shipping Policy and the information displayed at checkout.
Shipping charges are calculated and disclosed at checkout. Free standard shipping applies only to eligible orders when the offer is expressly displayed before purchase. Oversized, freight, special-order, hazardous, remote-area, and selected products may be excluded or may require additional shipping charges.
Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly state that a date is guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carrier operations, weather, supply interruptions, customs processing, incorrect address information, or events outside our reasonable control.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, or an unclaimed shipment may be deducted from a refund where permitted by our published policies and applicable law.
Risk of loss transfers to you when the order is delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, except where applicable law provides otherwise. If an order is damaged, missing, or incorrectly delivered, contact us promptly at support@rvpartsgiant.com so we can investigate and provide the resolution required by our policies and applicable law.
7. RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, AND CANCELLATIONS
Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged or defective products, non-returnable items, and order cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy:

The Return and Refund Policy explains:
• The return-request period;
• Product-condition and packaging requirements;
• How to request return authorization;
• The return address;
• Who pays return shipping;
• Any non-returnable or final-sale categories;
• How damaged, defective, or incorrect items are handled; and
• The expected refund-processing timeframe.
The version of the Return and Refund Policy in effect when your order is placed will apply, except where a later version gives you greater rights or applicable law requires otherwise.
Regular sale and discounted physical products remain eligible for return under our published 30-day Return and Refund Policy. Only products clearly identified as “Final Sale” before purchase are excluded, subject to applicable law and the protections that apply to damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrectly shipped products.
Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable return, refund, warranty, or consumer-protection right provided by applicable law.
8. SERVICES, APPOINTMENTS, AND MEMBERSHIPS
If we offer installation, inspection, maintenance, repair, mobile service, service plans, memberships, or other non-physical services, additional terms may be displayed on the applicable service page or during checkout.
Non-physical services are not shipped and are not governed by the physical-product return conditions. The applicable service listing or written booking confirmation will state the service-specific cancellation, rescheduling, and refund rules before the service is confirmed.
Before purchase, the applicable listing should identify the material terms relevant to the service, which may include:
• The service scope;
• Service location or service area;
• Scheduling requirements;
• Customer-site access requirements;
• Included and excluded work;
• Additional labor, travel, diagnostic, material, or parts charges;
• Cancellation or rescheduling terms;
• Membership term and renewal terms, if any; and
• Refund eligibility.
A service appointment is not confirmed until we expressly confirm the date, time, and location. Estimates may change if the actual condition of the vehicle, camper, system, or component differs materially from the information provided before the appointment. We will obtain your authorization before performing material additional work or charging material additional fees.
Any recurring membership or subscription will renew only when the renewal price, billing frequency, term, cancellation method, and other material renewal terms are clearly disclosed before purchase and the customer provides the authorization required by applicable law. Where required, we will provide an acknowledgment containing the renewal terms and a method to cancel. The effect of cancellation will be disclosed before enrollment and in any applicable subscription policy.
9. INSTALLATION, SAFETY, AND PROFESSIONAL ASSISTANCE
Certain RV parts and accessories involve electrical systems, propane systems, braking systems, towing equipment, structural components, pressurized systems, fuel systems, or other safety-sensitive applications.
Installation should be performed in accordance with the product instructions, vehicle or camper manufacturer requirements, and applicable laws and safety standards. Use a qualified professional when the product, manufacturer instructions, or applicable law requires professional installation.
Do not install or use a product that appears damaged, defective, incompatible, incomplete, or subject to a safety recall. Contact us promptly for assistance.
Product information on the Services is general information and is not a substitute for manufacturer instructions, professional inspection, or qualified technical advice.
10. WARRANTIES
Products may be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, a written warranty from Blackseries RV Inc., or no additional written warranty, depending on the product. Any applicable written warranty will be described on the product page, in the product documentation, or in separate warranty terms.
Warranty coverage may require proof of purchase and compliance with the applicable warranty conditions. Warranty claims should be submitted using the contact information stated in the applicable warranty or by contacting support@rvpartsgiant.com.
Except to the extent expressly stated in an applicable written warranty, we do not create additional warranties merely by providing product descriptions, technical information, or customer support.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits an implied warranty, statutory warranty, remedy for defective goods, or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including rights that may apply under California law.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services and their original content, design, layout, text, graphics, photographs, videos, logos, software, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Blackseries RV Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
RV Parts Giant is a brand owned and operated by Blackseries RV Inc. Black Series and other Blackseries RV Inc. names, logos, product names, service names, designs, and slogans displayed on the Services are trademarks or brand assets owned by or lawfully licensed to Blackseries RV Inc., as applicable.
Names, logos, photographs, product descriptions, and other materials belonging to third-party manufacturers or licensors remain the property of their respective owners.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Services for lawful personal or internal business purchasing purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, sell, sublicense, scrape, or commercially exploit protected content without prior written authorization, except as permitted by law.
12. CUSTOMER REVIEWS, FEEDBACK, AND USER CONTENT
You may submit reviews, photographs, questions, suggestions, or other content (“User Content”) when the Services permit it.
You represent that:
• The User Content is based on your genuine experience or is otherwise accurate;
• You own the content or have permission to submit it;
• You disclose any material incentive, discount, free product, or other benefit connected with the submission;
• The content does not violate another person’s intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights; and
• The content is not fraudulent, defamatory, unlawful, abusive, obscene, misleading, or malicious.
You grant Blackseries RV Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, distribute, adapt, and use User Content for operating, improving, and promoting the Services, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy. This license ends when the content is deleted from our systems, except for copies already used in lawful published materials, records required by law, and routine backups.
We may moderate or remove User Content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or platform rules. We do not purchase, fabricate, or knowingly publish reviews that falsely represent customer experiences.
13. OPTIONAL TOOLS AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Services may provide access to tools, payment options, social-media features, maps, videos, applications, or services operated by third parties.
Third-party services are governed by the third party’s own terms and privacy policies. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or practices, except to the extent required by law.
Use of a third-party name or link does not by itself imply endorsement, sponsorship, ownership, or affiliation.
14. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
The Services are hosted and supported by Shopify. Shopify provides the technology that enables us to operate the online store and checkout.
Purchases from RV Parts Giant are made from Blackseries RV Inc., not from Shopify. Shopify is not the seller of the products or services offered by RV Parts Giant and is not responsible for our fulfillment, products, services, returns, refunds, warranties, or customer support, except for obligations Shopify may independently have under applicable law or its own terms.
Shopify may process personal information in connection with hosting, checkout, fraud prevention, Shop, Shop Pay, and other Shopify services. Please review our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s applicable privacy notices for more information.

16. PROHIBITED USES
You may not use the Services to:
• Violate any applicable law, regulation, court order, or third-party right;
• Submit false, fraudulent, misleading, or impersonating information;
• Purchase products through unauthorized payment methods or fraudulent transactions;
• Interfere with the security, availability, or operation of the Services;
• Upload malware, malicious code, or harmful content;
• Attempt unauthorized access to an account, system, or network;
• Scrape, crawl, harvest, or collect data through automated means in violation of law or our express instructions;
• Send spam, phishing messages, or unlawful solicitations;
• Circumvent purchase limits, security features, or access controls;
• Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights; or
• Use the Services in a manner that could harm customers, Blackseries RV Inc., Shopify, service providers, or other persons.
We may restrict or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms, platform requirements, or applicable law have been violated.
17. ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND AVAILABILITY
The Services may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccurate inventory information, outdated specifications, or other unintentional errors.
We may correct information and update the Services. If an error materially affects an order that has already been submitted, we will contact you when reasonably practicable and provide an appropriate option, which may include confirming corrected information or canceling and refunding the affected item.
We do not use this section to avoid honoring accurate prices, promotions, product descriptions, return rights, or other commitments presented to customers.
18. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE WEBSITE AND ONLINE FEATURES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE WEBSITE WILL ALWAYS BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
PRODUCT AND SERVICE WARRANTIES ARE GOVERNED BY SECTION 10, ANY APPLICABLE WRITTEN WARRANTY, AND APPLICABLE LAW.
THIS SECTION DOES NOT EXCLUDE OR LIMIT:
• ANY EXPRESS WRITTEN WARRANTY THAT APPLIES TO A PRODUCT OR SERVICE;
• LIABILITY FOR FRAUD, WILLFUL MISCONDUCT, OR GROSS NEGLIGENCE;
• RIGHTS OR REMEDIES FOR DEFECTIVE OR NONCONFORMING GOODS THAT CANNOT BE WAIVED;
• IMPLIED OR STATUTORY WARRANTIES THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED; OR
• ANY OTHER NON-WAIVABLE CONSUMER RIGHT.
19. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BLACKSERIES RV INC. AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES, EXCEPT WHERE SUCH A LIMITATION IS PROHIBITED BY LAW.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR A CLAIM ARISING FROM A PARTICULAR ORDER WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO BLACKSERIES RV INC. FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
THESE LIMITATIONS DO NOT APPLY TO LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE LIMITED, INCLUDING, WHERE APPLICABLE, LIABILITY FOR FRAUD, WILLFUL MISCONDUCT, GROSS NEGLIGENCE, DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE, OR VIOLATION OF NON-WAIVABLE CONSUMER RIGHTS.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions or limitations. In those jurisdictions, the exclusions and limitations apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.
20. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Blackseries RV Inc. and its directors, officers, employees, and agents harmless from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising directly from:
• Your unlawful misuse of the Services;
• Your material violation of these Terms;
• Your infringement of a third party’s rights; or
• User Content that you submit in violation of these Terms.
This section does not require you to indemnify us for our own negligence, misconduct, breach of these Terms, or violation of law.
21. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR REASONABLE CONTROL
We are not responsible for a delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, fire, labor disruption, carrier interruption, supply-chain disruption, utility or internet failure, government action, war, terrorism, civil disturbance, epidemic, or similar events.
This section does not remove any refund, delivery, or other right that applicable law requires us to provide.
22. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
You may stop using the Services at any time.
We may suspend or terminate an account or access to the Services when reasonably necessary to:
• Protect the Services, customers, or third parties;
• Prevent suspected fraud or unlawful activity;
• Enforce these Terms;
• Comply with law or a lawful request; or
• Address a material security or operational risk.
Termination does not affect rights and obligations that arose before termination. Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including payment obligations, intellectual property, warranty limitations, liability limitations, indemnification, dispute provisions, and privacy-related obligations—will survive.
23. GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE
These Terms and transactions with Blackseries RV Inc. are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection law or right to bring a claim in another proper forum, disputes that are not resolved informally will be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in San Bernardino County, California.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from bringing an eligible claim in small claims court or limits any forum right that cannot lawfully be waived.
24. SEVERABILITY, WAIVER, AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
These Terms, together with policies and product- or service-specific terms expressly incorporated into them, form the agreement between you and Blackseries RV Inc. concerning the Services and supersede prior communications on the same subject.
If these Terms conflict with a product-specific written warranty, the written warranty controls for the warranty issue. If these Terms conflict with our Return and Refund Policy or Shipping Policy on a return, refund, cancellation, or shipping issue, the more specific applicable policy controls.
25. ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent.
We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, financing, sale of assets, or transfer of the RV Parts Giant business, provided that the assignment does not reduce non-waivable customer rights.
26. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Services, business operations, policies, or law.
The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Material changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law permits or requires otherwise. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice.
The Terms in effect when an order is placed generally govern that order, except where a later version gives you greater rights or a legal requirement applies.
