Orders are shipped from our facility in Upland, California, unless otherwise stated on the applicable product page or in your order confirmation.
Free Standard Shipping
Free standard shipping is available on eligible physical-product orders delivered to addresses within the contiguous United States, with no minimum order amount.
The free standard shipping offer does not apply to Black Series generic replacement parts or to products or orders that are oversized, require freight shipping, are special-order, contain hazardous materials, or are delivered to remote or limited-access areas.
Shipping charges for excluded products or orders are calculated based on factors such as weight, dimensions, handling requirements, freight requirements, and destination. Any applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before you submit your order.
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations are not included in the contiguous United States free-shipping offer.
Processing Time
In-stock items are generally processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM Pacific Time may begin processing on the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when tracking becomes available. Some products may have different processing or lead times, which will be shown on the product page, at checkout, or in an order communication when applicable.
Large & Freight Items
Oversized items, including certain awnings, doors, panels, and suspension assemblies, may require freight shipping. Any applicable freight charge will be displayed at checkout before you submit your order.
We will contact you when necessary to arrange or confirm freight delivery. Please inspect freight shipments upon arrival and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
