This is the handbrake version of the Cruisemaster DO45Plus — the 4,500kg-rated articulating pin coupling for heavy off-road caravans and trailers, with an integrated park-brake lever on the coupling body. If your trailer's brake cable runs to the coupling (standard on many Australian-built off-road vans), this is the version you need.

Note: The DO45Plus uses a wider 4-bolt mounting pattern than the DO35 — check your mounting plate if upgrading. Don't need the park-brake lever? The DO45 without handbrake saves you money. Truck side, you'll also need a DO45 tow pin kit.
