Can I buy Black Series replacement parts without going through the factory?
Owners on the overland forums ask this after a slow warranty reply or a part that never arrived, and the answer is yes. Black Series HQ campers use their own components, so a general RV retailer rarely has the window, door or latch you need, but a specialty store built around these campers does.

Check the build year on the compliance plate rather than the year you bought it; campers sit on lots.
