Bilstein 4600, 5100 or 6112 for a 2022-on Toyota Tundra?

Short answer: For a 2022-on Tundra without adaptive variable suspension: the B6 4600 (24-329156 front, 24-329163 rear) keeps stock height, the B8 5100 front 24-329200 is ride-height adjustable from 0 to about 2.4 inches, and the B8 6112 coilover kit 47-329232 lifts the front up to 3.1 inches. None of them fit trucks with the adaptive variable suspension or rear air.

First check the truck's options. Every Bilstein part below is listed without Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS), and the rears also without rear air suspension. If your Tundra has either, these parts are not for it.

Owners on the Tundra forums describe the difference this way: the 5100 is a direct replacement that can also level the truck, while the 6112 is a larger-bodied shock with its own spring and a firmer, more controlled ride, and it costs more. Many run a 6112 front with a 5100 rear.

The rear

Stock height: B6 4600 24-329163.
0-1 inch rear lift: B8 5100 24-329217 or B8 6100 24-329248.
Lift the rear: Bilstein's B12 rear coil springs give about 1 inch of rear lift on 4WD trucks (53-332356, or 53-329257 for the heavy-load version rated for 500 lb of constant weight). Pair them with a rear shock rated for that lift.

Towing

A Tundra that tows a travel trailer and stays at stock height suits the 4600 pair. Leveling the front with the 5100 or 6112 is fine for towing too, but keep the rear at least at stock height so the truck does not squat further under tongue weight.
