DeeMaxx makes hydraulic disc brake conversions for trailer axles rated 3,500 to 8,000 lb: integral hub/rotor kits, slip-over rotors, calipers and pads, caliper brackets, EOH actuators, DOT brake lines and galvanized hubs. We carry the range from complete tandem and triple-axle master kits down to single calipers, pads, brake lines and lug nuts.

Which DeeMaxx kit do I need?

Master kits (MK-TA / MK-TR) are the complete conversion for a tandem (2-axle) or triple (3-axle) trailer: an EOH Alpha actuator, the brake line kit and a disc brake kit for every wheel.

One-axle kits (DBI-…) cover both wheels of one axle.

Single-wheel kits (1/DBI-…-KIT) cover one wheel end, for building your own set or replacing one side.

EOH actuators are electric-over-hydraulic: 1,000 PSI for drum brakes, 1,600 PSI for disc brakes, with plug-and-play and XL versions.
Reading a DeeMaxx part number

3.5K, 6K, 7K, 8K is the axle rating in pounds.

MAXX is DeeMaxx's MAXX corrosion coating; SS is stainless steel.

9T / 10T means 9/16" or 5/8" wheel studs on an oil-bath hub.

8KD fits Dexter/Lippert 8K axles; 8KA fits Al-Ko/Quality 8K axles.
