The ARK one-touch USB LED light (APLED) is a simple, low-draw light for camping, or for working late on a laptop. Its bendable neck can be manipulated into any comfortable position, which makes it handy for awkward spots inside a camper, a vehicle or a tent, and the USB plug means it runs from an ArkPak, a laptop or computer, a vehicle USB port or any device with a USB socket. Connect it to a power bank and use it like a flashlight.
Control is by touch: tap once to switch on or off, and hold for a moment to dim. Power consumption is low, with a 12 lumen output that draws 180 mA, so ARK rates it to run for 1000 hours off an ArkPak fitted with a 130 Ah deep cycle battery.
