This 12V two-way ventilation fan with a bright built-in LED light is the 14 × 14 inch unit fitted to Black Series HQ Series bathrooms. Two-way means it can run as intake or exhaust, so you can pull fresh air in on a warm night or push steam out after a shower, and the LED gives you bathroom lighting from the same fixture. Owners replace it when the motor fails, the LED dies, or the lid cracks after years of UV.

Installation and care
Isolate the 12V circuit before disconnecting the old fan, and confirm the roof cut-out matches the 14 × 14 inch frame before you commit. Clean the old sealant off the roof completely, then bed the new flange in marine-grade sealant and seal every screw head — a roof penetration is the one place you do not want a slow leak. Wipe the lid seal down with a rubber conditioner a few times a year and clear dust from the blades so the motor does not have to work against the buildup.
