The rubber seal strip runs around the opening of an external storage compartment on Black Series HQ Series campers and is the only thing between fine road dust and your stored gear. Seals harden and crack from UV and heat cycling, and once they have gone the compartment fills with bull dust on a single corrugated trip and water gets in during heavy rain. This genuine Black Series strip restores a weathertight seal quickly and cheaply, and it is a direct factory replacement.

What you get

Installation and care
Pull the old strip off and clean the channel of dust and any adhesive residue so the new seal sits flat. Start at the bottom center of the opening and work around without stretching the rubber, which would leave a gap when it relaxes. Close the door and confirm it compresses the seal evenly. Wipe the strip with a UV-protectant rubber conditioner every few months to extend its life, and replace it outright once it has perished rather than patching sections.
