The front face of an HQ takes the worst of what the tow vehicle throws up: rocks, gravel, and road grime. Once a panel is dented through, corroded, or peeled at an edge, it stops protecting the body behind it. This replacement front aluminum body panel is a direct fit for Black Series HQ Series off-road trailers, replacing a panel damaged by impact, corrosion, or trail wear.

What you get
One front exterior aluminum body panel, sold individually. It is a large, heavy item and ships by freight.
Installation and care
This is a two-person job. Remove the old panel, clean the framing of old sealant and any corrosion, and check that the framing is straight before the new panel goes on. Fix the panel at the original points with the original style of fastener, then seal every edge and every fastener head with a marine-grade sealant so water and dust cannot get behind it. Rinse road grime off after each trip and touch up chips promptly; corrosion starts at the scratches.
