Pure sine wave output matches what appliances are designed for, so motors run cooler and quieter than they do on a modified sine wave supply. If a load trips the inverter, the usual cause is the peak current an inductive appliance draws at startup rather than its running wattage. Renogy lists air conditioners, refrigerators, humidifiers, vacuum cleaners, treadmills, microwaves, range hoods, audio equipment and electric fans as the common culprits, so size the inverter for the surge and not the label.
