Two cautions straight from Renogy. On some vehicles the cigarette lighter port is dead with the ignition off, so connect directly to the battery instead. And disconnect the maintainer before starting or driving, since alternator surges can damage it. This is a genuine Renogy product and it ships from our warehouse in Upland, CA.
