A U-bolt is the fastener that clamps the axle and suspension components to the chassis on a Black Series HQ Series camper trailer. It carries constant load every mile you tow, and off-road corrugations work it harder still. Owners replace one when it has stretched, when the threads are corroded or damaged, or after any suspension work where the original was disturbed. A stretched or rusted U-bolt will not hold torque, and that is a structural fixing you do not want moving.

Installation and care
Clean the mating surfaces and fit new nuts if yours are worn. Tighten evenly in stages to the factory torque spec, then recheck torque after the first short drive and again after any rough track. Inspect U-bolts at every bearing service for corrosion, stretching, or a nut that has backed off.
This is a genuine Black Series OEM part, so it fits the way the factory part did. It ships from our warehouse in Upland, CA.
