A fuse holder that gives a MIDI-style fuse a secure, organized mounting point in a DC system. It keeps high-current connections protected and tidy, which matters in an RV battery and inverter installation where a loose fuse or an exposed stud can cause a fault. Owners add one when wiring a branch that calls for a MIDI fuse and want it mounted properly rather than hanging in the cable run.

Installation and care
Mount the holder close to the battery or the source it protects, on a surface that will not flex. Fit a MIDI fuse rated for the cable and the load it protects, tighten the nuts so the terminals sit flat on the fuse, and keep the ring terminals clean. Disconnect the battery before working on it. Check the connections once a season for heat discoloration or loosening, and replace a blown fuse with the same rating only after finding the cause.
