The Safe-T-Alert 30 Series surface-mount propane alarm is the long, slim 6-inch LP gas detector that has been fitted to RVs since 2001. It alarms below 25% of propane's lower explosive limit with a loud 85 dB horn, and its self-cleaning sensor needs no maintenance. An alarm mute button silences it while you ventilate, and the rapid-recovery sensor resets or re-alarms if dangerous gas is still present.
It runs on 12 V with circuitry designed to conserve battery power. It is built for the RV environment and suits Class A, B and C motorhomes, travel trailers, fifth wheels, truck and folding campers.
