These Mobile Terms of Service cover the RV Parts Giant text message program (the "Program"). The Program is operated by Blackseries RV Inc, doing business as RV Parts Giant ("RV Parts Giant", "we", "us"), 2072 W 11th St, Upland, CA 91786.
What you'll receive
When you opt in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from RV Parts Giant at the mobile number you provide. Messages may include cart reminders, order and shipping updates, product news and promotional offers. Message frequency varies.
Consent
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. You can opt in through the sign-up form on rvpartsgiant.com or at checkout. New subscribers confirm by replying to a welcome text.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the Program, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply to messages you send and receive.
How to opt out
Reply STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message at any time. We will send one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further texts unless you opt in again. To rejoin, reply START.

Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change at any time.
Privacy
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number, text messaging opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We share mobile information only with the service providers that deliver our messages, and they may not use it for any other purpose.
