The BLUETTI SORA 500 is a 500W foldable solar panel for recharging a portable power station at camp. Bluetti uses 25% efficient N-Type mono cells, which means more watts from the same square footage of panel compared with older PERC-type cells, and the whole thing folds down to carry at 28.4 lbs.
The face is ETFE-coated so dust and pollen wipe off, and the panel is rated IP67 for rain and dew. For an RV or overland setup it is the fast option for a large power station when you are parked in the open and want the battery back up before evening. Bluetti's FAQ says its panels can also be used with third-party power stations, and that it is not intended for permanent roof mounting.
