Victron MEGA-fuses deliver high-current overcurrent protection for the heavy DC cables found in larger battery systems. Rated for 32V DC and supplied here in a package of five, they interrupt the circuit during a fault or short to protect wiring, inverters, and other equipment from dangerous currents. This package covers the 400A and 500A ratings.
Bolt-down MEGA-fuses are typically used on main battery feeds and inverter connections in RV, marine, and off-grid systems where currents are high. Fitted in an appropriate holder and sized to the cable, they are a fundamental safety component of any serious 12V, 24V, or 48V installation. In stock and shipping from Upland, California.
