Use and care
Wash in the dishwasher or by hand with warm soapy water, and rinse soon after tomato- or curry-based meals, which can leave a tint if left to sit. Use the microwave for reheating rather than long cooking, and skip scouring pads that can scratch the surface. Let everything dry fully before nesting, and store the stack low in a cabinet with a non-slip liner.
