The Bilstein 25-275131 is a B8 5160 shock for the rear left of the Toyota Land Cruiser 1998-2007 (For Rear Lifted Height: 0-2"; Without Active Height Control Suspension). The B8 5160 takes the 5100's monotube design and adds a remote reservoir, for more oil capacity and cooler running on long rough-road stretches.
If you tow a camper or trailer with this rig, worn or undersized shocks show up as wallow, porpoising and a loose rear end under tongue weight; a correctly matched Bilstein setup keeps the truck flatter and more predictable loaded or off-road.
