The Bilstein 22-184238 is a B4 OE Replacement shock for the front of the Dodge Sprinter 2500 2007-2009 (Single Rear Wheel; Standard Suspension). Bilstein B4 is the OE-replacement line: a direct swap for the factory shock at stock ride height.
