A fitted insulated cover for the ICECO APL35 aluminum fridge freezer. The added layer keeps outside heat off the cabinet, so the compressor cycles less and a 12V battery or solar setup carries the fridge further between charges in a van, truck or travel trailer.

The shell is waterproof material that keeps the fridge dry in rain or snow. Three organizer pockets hold cables and small gear, and ICECO widened the end pocket on this cover to fit bulkier items. A string hook design lets you lift the lid without taking the cover off. It fits the APL35 only.

Specifications

  • Fits: ICECO APL35 only
  • Material: Waterproof fabric with insulated lining
  • Colour: Gray
  • Storage: 3 organizer pockets, including a widened end pocket
  • Lid access: String hook design opens the lid with the cover on
  • ICECO model: APL35 Insulated Protective Cover

Meh

This thing looks great and fits well. That said, I’m not sure it does much in terms of insulation. It also doesn’t seem very durable. I’m expecting to see a ragged cover from regular use about six months from now. Not sure the cost-benefit works out. I probably would not purchase this again.

Great refrigerator.

Used on cross country trip coast to coast. Food drinks and even ice cream stayed fresh. Cover helped keep cooler clean and protected

Worth It!

Cover is built well with good material. Pockets are big enough to store your cables. Extended the life of my Jackery by an extra 1.5 days which is a huge plus. Will keep my cooler from getting scratched. Win win all around!

Iceco apl35 cover

I love the functionality of this cover. The cooler maintains a much more consistent temperature. However, the foil liner is pulling away from the lid after 2 weeks of use.

Great cover

I had purchased an iceco APL 35 upon delivery I thought of the fridge looks so nice I had to buy the protective cover to keep it looking that way. When the cover arrived I thought it was very well constructed and looked very good, I then put the cover on the fridge and it fits like a glove. I could not be more pleased.

Super solid cover!

I'm really impressed with the quality of this cover. I purchased primarily to keep the APL35 from getting scratched. But I'm pleasantly surprised my how thick and insulating it is, and the convenient storage pouches!

APL35 Insulated Cover, covers three needs

#1 The insulated cover is light in color, which prevents the accumulation of heat on a dark surface, since my APL35 is the black variety. #2 Adds insulation which increases efficiency and extends battery life. #3 Three multi use pockets, two on one side and one large one on the opposite side that accommodates the ICECO accessory 250w battery power bank. The other pockets will house chords and the AC power adapter. And bonus: The cover helps to protect the exterior of the fridge/cooler.

Good cover, easy to use

I purchased the insulated cover for the APL35 to make the cooler more effective. Have not yet used it in warm conditions since I purchased in Dec. But glad to say it is easy to use. You don’t have to connect top velcro flaps, so the lid remains easy to open; i.e.. don’t have to detach the velcro to open the lid.
