The Jackery Connector is the adapter required to link two Jackery stations together, and Jackery states it is necessary whenever an Explorer 2000 Plus or a HomePower 3600 Plus is connected to another unit. Linking two gives you a wider choice of output power.
One caveat worth reading before you buy: Jackery notes that dual 2000 Plus units deliver 4,000W only with 220V appliances. For 120V loads, only one 2000 Plus and its connected battery packs supply power.
It is rated for low-temperature operation down to -20 C (-4 F).
