Shipping: this kit ships in more than one box. The LiTime items ship free and direct from LiTime's US warehouse; every other part ships from our warehouse in Upland, CA. Lower 48 states only (no Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico). LiTime warranty and support are handled by LiTime directly.

How it's sized
- Controller by charge amps, not model: 400W / 14.4V is about 28A, inside the 100/30's 30A output. More than about 440W of panel at 12V needs the 100/50 or a second controller.
- Panel wiring: the two panels go in series: about 46V open circuit (around 52V on a freezing morning) against the controller's 100V limit, and 11A down the 12 AWG roof cable.
- Battery: 28A of solar is a gentle 0.14C for a 200Ah lithium battery, and the 100A BMS leaves room for a 1,000W inverter later.
- Fuse: 40A MIDI between controller and battery, sized above the controller's 30A maximum output.
Not included
- The short controller-to-battery leads (8-10 AWG) and roof mounting brackets/cable entry gland are not included.
