The Renogy Solar Panel Flat Roof Tilt Mount angles a panel on any flat surface, which is how you recover the output a horizontal mount gives away. It supports on-grid and off-grid systems alike, provided the fastening technique suits the surface underneath.

Renogy notes that the range of angle adjustment decreases as panel size increases, so check the mount against the panel you actually own. Tools are not supplied; you will want a socket wrench, a torque extension, a tape measure, a 14mm wrench or socket and a 4mm hex key. Renogy also advises that installation and servicing be done by qualified personnel, with gloves and safety glasses on, more than one person involved, and a strap or harness whenever the work happens on a roof.
