Which spare wheel fits my ARK XO jockey wheel?

Answered by RV Parts Giant · Upland, CA · September 26, 2026

Short answer: Match it to the part number stamped on the jack. The 8-inch ORJWPSW8 fits the XO750 (ORJW750US) and the black ORJWPSW8B fits the XO750 Black Edition (ORJW750BDU). The 6-inch PSW6 fits the XO350 (ORJW350D). Ratchet jacks take the 10-inch wheel with the drive gear built in: SW10-RJW single for the XO350R, SW10-RJW2 dual for the XO500R. All come with bearings fitted.

The wheel is the part of an ARK jockey wheel that wears out first: gravel grinds the tread flat, a rock cracks a rim, or sand and salt seize a bearing. ARK sells the wheel as a genuine replacement, complete with bearings, so a worn one does not mean a new jack. The only thing to get right is which wheel, and that is decided by the part number stamped on your jack.

The fitment table

Your jack Jack part number Spare wheel Part number
XO750 ORJW750US 8-inch XO spare wheel ORJWPSW8
XO750 Black Edition ORJW750BDU 8-inch XO spare wheel, black ORJWPSW8B
XO350 ORJW350D 6-inch XO spare wheel PSW6
XO350R ratchet 10-inch ratchet spare wheel, single SW10-RJW
XO500R ratchet 10-inch ratchet spare wheel, dual SW10-RJW2

Every wheel in the table is a powder-coated steel rim with a solid rubber tire, so there is no air to lose and nothing to puncture, and each ships with its bearings already fitted.

The two things that catch people

The ratchet wheels are not interchangeable with the wind-up wheels. The 10-inch ratchet wheel carries the integrated gear that drives the ratchet mechanism. A plain wheel of the right diameter will bolt on and will not engage the ratchet. Likewise, the XO350R takes the single wheel and the XO500R the dual; check which you have before ordering.

Colour is a part number, not a finish option. The black 8-inch wheel is listed against the Black Edition XO750 specifically. If you have a standard XO750, order the standard wheel.

If your jack is an XO500 wind-up model or another number not in the table, send us the part number from the jack and we will confirm the wheel before you order rather than guessing.

Check the rest while the wheel is off

A wheel that has worn flat on one side or a bearing that is notchy after greasing usually means the jack has been rolling on grit for a season. With the wheel off, clean and grease the axle, check the swivel pivot moves freely, and look at the inner shaft for scoring; a bent inner shaft binds no matter how much grease you add. The annual service is an hour of work and the full procedure is in the parent guide.

Replacing the wheel

Chock the trailer, take the load off the jack, and remove the axle bolt. Note the order of any spacer washers, fit the new wheel with its bearings, refit the bolt and check the wheel spins freely without side play. Test under load before you rely on it.
